As China has entered the new normal set of economic conditions,the turnover rate in the financial industry rises year by year.According to The Report on Staff Turnover Rate in Chinese enterprises in 2016 released by the 51 job website,the financial sector's turnover rate is more than 20% for two consecutive years.Though securities company A enjoys a relatively low turnover rate compared with that of the whole industry,as the capital market now stays at the center of attention to realize the well-off dream,the increasingly complex human capital status quo of the securities company requires higher level of human resources management.The securities company A's current human resources management has been unable to keep up with the pace of the industry,leading to gradually reduced employee satisfaction.As the organizational commitment usually fails to be fulfilled,the employee's turnover intention is increasingly serious.The securities company A undertakes potential departure cost risk that could erupt at any time.With an careful study of related research literature by domestic and foreign scholars,the author found that two main factors that affect employee turnover intention are organizational commitment and job satisfaction of employees.According to the actual situation of securities company A,three scales,namely the organizational commitment scale,employee job satisfaction scale and turnover intention scale,are designed.Through the way of questionnaire survey,the employee organizational commitment and job satisfaction of employees,as well as the relationship between personal attributes and turnover intention in securities company A are verified.Combined with the actual situation of securities company A,in view of the different emphasis laid on staff engaged in background management job and the staff engaged in the frontline business work,from the perspective to enhance employees' organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction,the management countermeasures are put forward to reduce employee turnover intention in securities company A,to retain securities company A's core staff,and finally to realize the better development of securities company A and the realization of the employee's self value.
