Choosing frontline staff of Tianjin XXX private iron&steel enterprise as the research object in this paper, the author applied a variety of methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis, discussed the relationship among satisfaction with supervisor, organizational commitment and turnover intention. By using SPSS 19.0 for analyzing of survey data, this study draw the following important conclusions:satisfaction with direct supervisor consists of 7 aspects, satisfaction with indirect supervisor consists of 2 aspects. Satisfaction with supervisor has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment, there is a significant positive correlation between satisfaction with the direct and indirect supervisor and organizational commitment; at the same time, satisfaction with supervisor and its two aspects have significant negative impacts on turnover intention; organizational commitment has a significant negative impact on turnover intention, and it played an partial intermediary role between satisfaction with supervisor and turnover intention. Based on the above findings, this study proposed some recommendations for related enterprise on improving employee satisfaction and organizational commitment, reducing turnover of employees.
