Research On Industrial Relevance Of Regional Economic Disparity In Hebei Province

The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has become a major national development strategy,Hebei Province as a province around the Beijing-Tianjin,facing the increasingly prominent differences in regional economic development.Due to resource endowment,social environment,the final needs,different technical composition and other reasons,the province's 11 regional economic development of regional differences continue to expand,interregional industrial structure is different and unreasonable,the level of economic development and quality The obvious uncoordinated phenomenon.The unbalanced level of economic development has become an important issue affecting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the steady development of China's economy,the adjustment of structure,pollution control,grasping reform,benefiting people's livelihood and economic transformation and upgrading,has aroused wide attention from all walks of life.This paper mainly uses the input-output technology and the case-comparative analysis method.On the basis of the extensive literature at home and abroad,the author puts forward the eleven districts of Hebei Province as the research object.First,in order to synthesize and focus on the regional industrial development Characteristics,the latest preparation of the 42 sector into the output table in 2012(at present our country only 11 cities in the preparation of the input and output table),after scientific classification,and further merged into 11 districts of the city's 10 sector input table.Second,according to 11 districts and cities of the 10 sector input and output table,focusing on the regional economic development status and gradient development characteristics,differences in industrial relevance research.Thirdly,the correlation coefficients of 11 industrial districts are calculated and compared.The influence coefficient is the abscissa,the influence coefficient is the ordinate,and the two-dimensional spread effect plot is analyzed and the dominant industry is selected.Revealing the characteristics and laws of regional industrial development.Fourthly,based on the analysis of the regional economic differences in the province,the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of regional economic development and the reasons for the differences from the aspects of resource endowment,final demand and technological progress.Finally,according to the empirical research on the differences and characteristics of regional economic development in Hebei Province,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of Hebei Province and municipalities and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei intertwined and gradient development in combination with the provincial "13th Five-Year Plan" national economic and social development plan,Proposed to promote the coordinated development of regional economy in Hebei Province,Beijing and Tianjin to achieve synergistic development provides a reference.
