The fundamental purpose of product design optimization is to enable users to obtain satisfactory products.Factors like increasing homogenization of product,improving customer requirements to create higher value and fierce market competition to promote manufacturing company continuously improving and optimizing product design.Aiming at the optimization of design scheme and the selection of parts suppliers in the process of product design optimization,implemented researches on the methods of multi-attribute desicion making according to the analysis of the value of the relevant stakeholders in the product design process.The research of this paper has the following three aspects.(1)The influence of stakeholders on product design is analyzed.The transmission of information flow between the core interests of users,decision-makers and suppliers is considered.According to driving action of users value flow for product design and value flow of decision-makers and suppliers are integrated to participate in product design optimization research.(2)The method of product design optimization with preference demand is studied.Mahalanobis-Taguchi Gram-Schmidt is used to calculate the initial weight.The method of fuzzy Kano and triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to modify the index weight based on the preference demand analysis of users and decision makers.Considering the perturbation of the interaction between the decision indicators and the influence of different dimensions on the decision results,the decision making method of product design scheme based on generalized Mahalanobis-Taguchi System is constructed through integrating into preference demand.(3)Multi objective optimization model of component suppliers is established.The key factors are screened by Taguchi method.In order to effectively deal with the coupling between the supplier evaluation indexes,AHP-DEMATEL method is used to calculate the index weight.On this basis,in order to further reduce the coupling between the indicators,? Choquet integral model based on fuzzy measure is used to select the product component suppliers.Finally,a vacuum cleaner product design optimization is given to verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.
