With the popularity of mobile terminals and the development of the mobile Internet in our country,the demand for convenient and efficient mobile Internet is increasing.The 4G industry development prospects and industrial investment opportunity analysis report indicated that 4G users had shown explosive growth in 2016,and the permeability was 58.2%.Since the formal commercial of 4G networks,Shanxi mobile has promoted the 4G network construction and the expansion of 4G users.But the customer permeability is low and a large number of 4G network channels idle.As required by the national policies prevailing worldwide speed,voice,SMS,and traffic revenues have plunged.The overall revenue growth of Shanxi mobile isquite difficult.Based on the above realistic backgrounds,this paper takes Shanxi mobile as the research object,analyzing and discussing the solution of Shanxi mobile marketing present situation and existing problems.Firstly,this paper uses the "PEST analysis method" to analyze Shanxi mobile 4G service marketing macro environments from the political,economic,social and technology these four aspects.Then Michael Porter's Five Forces Model is used to analyze Shanxi mobile industry environments.The market opportunities and threats,as well as Shanxi mobile its own advantages and disadvantages are analyzed through “SWOT”.According to the Shanxi mobile 4G service marketing present situation and problems of analysis,this paper put forward the corresponding marketing strategies and suggestions from demand,data,deliver and dynamic by the use of “4Ds” model.This paper uses the "4Ds" model which is corresponding to the mobile Internet era.Combined with mobile marketing strategy,this paper discusses the internal and external marketing environment situation of Shanxi mobile.For Shanxi mobile 4G service marketing,this paper has a certain guiding and promoting role and can help develop Shanxi mobile marketing personnel's marketing consciousness and ability.Besides the sustainable development of Shanxi mobile,the marketing of other enterprises in the industry can also be improved.
