The Research On Materials Supplier Evaluation And Procurement Optimization Of Construction Project

With the progress of China's economic reforms and the mode of social production,the construction industry has been booming and the annual value of production is increasing year by year.But,this industry has been in the state of oversupply in recent years behind the superficial prosperity.The state has caused intense competition and the profits of construction enterprise were gradually reduced.The cost of material occupies a huge proportion in the total of construction project.So some construction companies usually to reduce costs and increase profits by reasonable material procurement.The number of material procurement is especially huge,the cost is higher than other procurement,and this material's quality directly affects the quality of construction.But the profit can't be discover completely because of the existing management model of procurement can't adapt to rapidly changing economic market in a well state.Therefore,we should to strengthen the procurement management of material and seek out a effective method for the optimization of the procurement.In this paper,we study the optimization of supplier selection and order decision in the construction materials procurement.The research includes the following parts:(1)The research progress of construction project procurement,supplier selection and material order decision.And then points out the insufficiency of this research,which lay the foundation for the research of this paper.(2)We systematically analyzed the theoretical knowledge and the problems of construction materials procurement.And then we are put forward the procurement optimization strategy from supplier selection and material order decision in this paper.(3)The research of supplier selection optimization.We established the judging criteria system of this selection after reviewing existing literature and survey.And then getting the weight of judging criteria use the method of entropy and expert scoring.Finally,to sort the selected supplier by multi-objective weight grey target decision method and make a decision by this ranking.The above content is the supplier selection optimization method of this paper.There is given an example to illustrate the operability and effectiveness of this method.(4)The research of material order decision optimization in the uncertainty state.Consider the uncertainty of demand and lead time for construction materials procurement,we are handle demand and lead time using fuzzy mathematics,and build a model of material order decision with the EOQ-model with backorders.Finally,we get a optimization result of order decision by defuzzify the fuzzy number.
