The Synergistic Development Of Economic Factors In The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Such as haze pollution,resource scarcity,land tension,rising housing prices,traffic congestion,imbalance of regional economy,the increase in the gap between rich and poor and so on,these questions are challenging the bottom line of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional tolerance.This rim reality reverses to force these three areas to cooperate with each other and seek the effective way to the synergetic development.The focal point of the synergetic development of the economic system lies on the synergetic development of economic factors,such as population,resources,environment,science,technology and so on.Only by fully realizing the law and mechanism of economic elements can we promote the synergetic development faster and better.Only then the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic system can hasten its transformation of development pattern and get rid of the troubles.Ultimately,we can achieve comprehensive,balanced and sustainable developmentThis paper is based on synergetics,system theory and dissipative structure theory.It analyzes the conditions of synergetic development of economic factors in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and evaluates the degree of development,with the perspective of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic factors.We compare the degrees of synergetic development of economic factors in the sub-domains and the whole region,with the methods of fuzzy evaluation,comprehensive analysis and the other.In the end,we put forward some corresponding proposals about relevant governance mechanism.Through theoretical and empirical research,this paper draws following conclusions:First,we analyzed the conditions of synergetic development and got the following results.Firstly,the degree of economic system's openness is high in Beijing and Tianjin,but it is low in Hebei.Increasing the intensity of opening to the outside world can promote the liquidity of economic factors and optimize the environment of synergetic development.Secondly,according to the theories of Chenery,Kuznets,Friedman and so on,Beijing and Tianjin are after the stage of industrialization,but Hebei is in the late stage of industrialization.The regional economic system of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is in a state of imbalance.Thirdly,after proposing the plan about Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,the three regions work together to build unblocked channels and platform for communication.Contacting barriers among economic elements of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeiregion are gradually being weakened.Second,according to the result of coordination degree of economic factors,the Beijing's coordination degree is fluctuate,and Tianjin and Hebei are relatively stable.But the economic coordination degree in the whole region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is high.This is because it will remove the inner discrepancy of economic elements' distribution to analyze from a volume standpoint.However,separately analyzing the three sub area can reflect their change trend of coordination degree.
