Supplier Selection And Evaluation Of SMDT Company In Strategic Procurement Mode

With the continuous development of economic globalization and the constant growth of information technology,the relation between the contemporary enterprises and the external environment become increasingly close and the pressure of competition it faced is also increasing.Thus China’s enterprises need to change their management idea and the shift of the procurement mode to strategic purchasing mode is imperative.In the process of purchasing to improve the industry status of the enterprise,we should fully consider the quality of the product,service and the possibility of long-term cooperation and fully integrate the supplier’s resources to gain a competitive advantage in the industry.In this paper,the research content is as follows:This paper analyses the current situation of SMDT company’s existing suppliers and find some problems they exist.According to the characteristics of manufacturing and strategic procurement,we establish evaluation index system of suppliers combined with the objective indexes and subjective evaluation.The combination of subjective evaluation value for decision makers are using instruction fuzzy numbers to determine the weight of the conversion,thus a kind of strategic purchasing mode mixing VIKIOR method of multi-objective decision-making evaluation model is put forward to solve the uncertainty from the mixed data type.Finally the method is used to evaluate the suppliers of SMDT company.
