Practice Exploration And Perfection Of Yinzhou Consumer Right Protection Social Participation

Social participation mainly refers to that the social public or social organizations participate in social management and provide public services.In recent years,internal motivation of the consumer right protection model is composed of the awakening of civil right consciousness,development of social forces,government failure and market failure and other factors,social participation model of the consumer right protection has been widely practised.Taking Yinzhou consumer right protection social participation as the research object,the paper combines with the government failure and market failure theory,new public service theory and polycentric governance theory.In addition,the interview,literature research,case study,questionnaire,comparative study and other methods are used in the paper,and based on in-depth survey,the paper summarizes the experience and obtained success in subject building,mode selection,operation mechanism for consumer right protection social participation of Yinzhou District.Besides,relevant existing problems and causes are analyzed,including the less participation subjects,unclear role positioning;poor participation atmosphere,immature system environment;sole participation channel,low public participation degree;weak group consciousness,worse participation order;shortage of professional personnel,stronger administrative dependence;lack of special funds,incomplete set service,etc.Finally,starting from the subject,environment,way,organization leadership system,team construction and security system,the paper discusses the countermeasures of developing Yinzhou social participation model of the consumer right protection,that is,it actively develops and fosters a variety of participation subjects,establishes specialized participation team,perfects laws and regulations,improves relevant system,constructs participative culture,expands informatization participation path,as well as improves consummating the system of organization and leadership and material insurance system.This paper hopes to provide a theoretical support for social participate consumer right protection through further research,and further broaden the management and service ideas of the administrative department,improve the awareness of civil right and the level of participation in social management.
