A family farm is a large planting family farm,is a better representative of the new agricultural production and management in China,engaged in the production and management of grain crops and cash crops,and has achieved the stage of success through several years of unremitting efforts.This paper aims to analyze the marketing strategy of A family farm,sum up the successful experience,and find out the shortcomings in its development,and then put forward the marketing strategy which is conducive to its further healthy development.In today’s society of agricultural products in the fierce competition in the industry,the family farm how to get more market share in this market and keep the change unpredictably,long-term development is the main problem of the thesis.In this paper,the author uses MBA to learn the knowledge of a specific application,the paper uses literature induction,field research and questionnaire analysis of A family farm marketing strategy research.This paper first introduces the basic situation of A family farms and related research are reviewed;then through the marketing environment analysis summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of A family farms and market opportunities and threats;and then through STP analysis,marketing strategy and marketing combination strategy 4P analysis A family farm marketing strategy and its implementation strategy;finally,for the protection of the established marketing strategy implemented,put forward the safeguard measures and related control method.
