With the popularity of the network,more and more consumers choose online shopping,e-commerce market share continues to increase with the national policy of strong support.But with the various types of e-commerce platform increasing,the e-commerce market competition has also increased.Logistics and distribution problems have restricted the development of some network selling platform,so a large e-commerce platform improve market competitiveness through self-built logistics system and distribution center.But because of some characteristics of electronic products and consumption characteristics of e-commerce,product inventory management has become a major problem.Inventory control management is an important part of enterprise management,inventory research has also been a hot issue.especially in recent years,the rapid development of information technology and network technology with the media e-commerce activities are gradually rising around the world.Individuals,enterprises and related organizations get touch with each other through the Internet,the use of e-commerce under the new supply chain technology is to reduce turnover,improve the logistics supply capacity and advanced inventory control and manage to reduce the cost of the entire market,therefore enhance social benefits.It is in such a large environment of the development of the Internet that this paper presents a inventory control strategies and models of network selling electronic product to optimize the inventory control problems.Because the electronic products have their own specialities,such as scrap products which contain heavy metals and compounds being serious harmful for the environment,their replacement is also very fast.It is more difficult for retailers and manufacturers to effectively grasp the market,understand the right needs and manage the inventory reasonably of short life cycle electronic products.It is very important for managers to take full advantage of market demand and inventory management to reduce operating costs and improve operational efficiency.Based on the analysis of the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad and the current situation of the research on the inventory control of electronic products in China under the network marketing environment,the paper puts forward the classification inventory control strategy based on ABC and AHP and life cycle inventory control strategy.This paper classifies the electronic products from the price and sales volume,for different types of goods puting forward the corresponding inventory control strategy,and considering the impact of commodity evaluation and the characteristics of different stages of life,and propose suggestions for the conversion of goods in different categories.At the same time,through the study of the inventory control model of general product life cycle theory,combined with the characteristics of online sales of electronic products,the paper establishs electronic inventory optimization control model based on the product life cycle theory of network marketing and solves it.At the end of this paper,the inventory control strategy and the inventory control model of the online marketing electronic product are verified by case analysis.
