With the development of Internet technology and the recognition of the consumers, on-line shopping market has expanded each year in China,3C electronic products becomes one of the three pillars in B2C on-line shopping market. National supportive policy provides the impetus for the development of on-line shopping; the increasing of on-line shopping platform increases the competition, while logistics became the bottleneck of the e-commerce. The major on-line shopping platform enterprises through self-built distribution center, and gradually develop the distribution business. Impacted by 3C electronic products'characteristics and other characteristics of on-line shopping environment, the inventory control of 3C electronic products in distribution center became more difficult. Based on this background, this paper proposes the inventory control strategies and models to solve the problem of 3C electronics products inventory control in the distribution center under on-line shopping environment.This paper firstly summarizes the domestic and overseas related research and analyzes the status of 3C electronics products inventory control in Distribution Center under on-line shopping environment in China. Secondly analyzes the characteristics of 3C electronic products, the consumption characteristics under on-line shopping environment. Based on the above analysis, this paper proposes inventory control strategies by classification of goods and life cycle. Goods classification primarily through commodity prices, sales volume, builds different inventory control strategies for different kinds of goods. In the product life cycle control strategy, proposes inventory control model and solve based on product life cycle theory and time-varying demand control model, including the analysis of 3C electronic products under the on-line shopping environment. An enterprise case has been introduced in the paper, which verifies the availability and effectiveness of the inventory control strategy and model from a practical view, meanwhile through sensitivity analysis extends applications in practical at the end.
