Research On The Construction Of "Wuhe" Cultural Project Of Zhangjiamao Mining-based On The Happiness Of Employees

With the development of China’s economic development,people’s living standard has been greatly improved,the pursuit of happiness is becoming more and more strong.In this situation,the happiness becomes the hot topic of national concern.In the enterprise,employee happiness,is the core of enterprise development,is also the starting point and foothold of enterprise culture construction,plays an important role in promoting the enterprise culture construction and enterprise development.This thesis take the Zhang Jia Mao Mining Company Limited as the research object,studied the “Five and” cultural project construction based on employee happiness.First of all,combined with the development of the company the status quo,this thesis analyzed advantages and disadvantages of the company culture construction and the existing problems.And,according to the Zhang Jia Mao Mining Company Limited “Five and” cultural project for the construction of the actual investigation and interviews,provide an empirical basis for theoretical research of this thesis.Secondly,based on the research on section in the previous chapter,this thesis interviews the extreme cases by the Grounded theory,analyzed the influence factors of staff well-being.Moreover,based on the theoretical research and empirical analysis of the above,from strategic,management,fall to the ground,quality,this thesis combined with the company’s actual situation proposed the optimization “Five and” cultural ideas.Under the guidance of it,this thesis puts forward the specific strategies of "Five and" cultural project optimization,including establishing reasonable and fair system,providing broader career development space,carrying out rich and colorful cultural activities,staffing well-being aid plan,and so on.At the same time,this thesis analyzed the effectiveness of the strategy.This research provides effective construction mentality for Zhangjiamao mining company "Five and" cultural project construction based on employees’ well-being,effectively enhances the effect of the enterprise culture construction.Otherwise,through study of the construction of the project of the Zhangjiamao mining company "Five and" cultural,for other industry enterprise implementation of happiness management and enterprise cultureconstruction for reference.
