Research On Management Countermeasure Of Road Passenger Transport Of Guangzhou In "internet +" Era

The existence of road transport industry is based on the fact that it can meet the basic needs of public travel.In the increasingly perfect transportation network,road passenger transportation has always played the basic and leading roles.The provisions of the road passenger transportation management should adhere to the people-oriented,safety-first purpose,in certain periods the safety and service requirements are ever higher while the road transport industry also has a social,public welfare nature.This leads to the increment of rules limiting the development of transportation enterprises.After the national advocacy of "Internet +" thinking,all walks of life continue to emerge "Internet +" new formats.The taxi business in transport industry bear the brunt of this reformation: the traditional market order is broken and the operating profit model has been changed,forcing the government to introduce the policy of legalization.Since 2014,Internet companies have gradually involved in the road passenger transportation industry,through platforms for illegal organizations and individual clients,and some platforms use vehicles without business qualification for road passenger transport.Due to the great advantages in marketing and price,this reformation results in a great impact on the existing traditional passenger transportation enterprise,which will be like the taxi business in a very passive situation if the Guangzhou municipal government departments do not take positive measures to deal with.This paper analyzes current situation of Guangzhou road passenger transport and the demand for travel from the society under the background of "Internet +",and finds out the management problems existing in government departments while guiding the traditional passenger enterprises to respond positively to the market impact caused by "Internet +" and promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional road passenger transport industry.On the basis of this,the paper explores the management strategies of promoting the development of road passenger transport industry in Guangzhou under the new situation,using the public management theories such as government supervision and administrative guidance.By referring to the experience of road passenger transport management in other domestic cities and municipal governments,the paper finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of traditional road passenger transport industry in the "Internet +" era.
