Search On The Effect Of Rural Industrial Structure Change On Its Poverty Product

The adjustment of rural industrial structure is of great significance to the increase of farmers’ income.It not only helps to improve farmers’ living standard and consumption ability,but also can effectively reduce the income gap between urban and rural residents.With the development of reform and opening up,China’s economy has rapidly developed.Due to the implementation of various measures to reduce poverty in rural areas,there has been a great breakthrough to reduce rural poverty.However,a large number of rural population are living below the poverty line,and there are many reasons for this,such as the large number of China’s rural population,the slow development of rural economy and the unreasonable structure of rural industry,et al.In this context,based on the relationship between rural industrial structure change and poverty,this paper studies the poverty reduction effect of rural industrial structure change.The research results of this paper provide the theory and method for the development of rural economy in China.Based on the methods of field research,literature review,macro analysis and microanalysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the combination of theoretical model and measurement model,this paper mainly studies the effect of poverty reduction of industrial structure change in rural areas.On the basis of collecting a large amount of relevant data and literature,this paper analyzes the changes of rural industrial structure and rural poverty comprehensively,discusses the mechanism of rural industrial structure change affecting rural poverty,adopts balance test,cointegration test and Granger causality Inspection and other methods of rural industrial structure changes and the relationship between rural poverty reduction conducted an empirical study,and accordingly put forward the corresponding countermeasures recommendations.Changes in rural industrial structure show that: a reasonable rural industrial structure can promote rural economic growth,rigid rural industrial structure to curb the growth of rural economy.The current situation of rural poverty shows that the total number of rural poor inChina is still very large,mainly distributed in the backward central and western regions.The analysis of the poverty reduction mechanism of rural industrial structure shows that the change of rural industrial structure can be realized by raising the income of peasants and developing the rural economy.At the same time,the development of rural economic level will promote the change of rural industrial structure.The conclusions of statistical test are as follows:(1)The adjustment of rural industrial structure can greatly promote the growth of rural economy,and reduce the rural poverty.(2)The development of the three major rural industries has a direct impact on the growth of rural economy,and the three major industries have made important contributions to the development of rural economy.But for rural poverty reduction,the role of the three major industries are not the same.The rural poverty reduction effect of Secondary and tertiary industry is obvious,but the rural poverty reduction effect of the primary industry is weak.(3)It can be seen from the rural primary industry subdivision industry that forestry and fisheries are more obvious for rural poverty reduction effect,while agriculture and animal husbandry are less obvious for rural poverty reduction effect.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to keep the rural economy from growing continuously,to accelerate the process of agricultural industrialization and to speed up the transfer of surplus labor.
