Basing On Sustainability Strategies For Competitive Advantage

Sustainability is so defined as a shared vision with the balanced supplement for non-renewable energy consumption and where waste without destructive,resulting from utilisation of resources,global climate change and population growth for decades.The enormity of the task of ensuring the security of water supply in the twenty-first century simultaneously addressing environmental,social and economic sustainability issues are fast pushing the water industry to its biggest transformation.However,there has been a definite definition for sustainable water management in overseas,but there is in China at present.Few studies have shown whether water companies will embed sustainable policy as a pillar of development management and maintain their competitiveness.To achieve the purpose of optimizing the sustainable management,this paper mainly studies the management of water industry enterprises,analyzing the current situation of embedded sustainable strategies,and aiming at the influence of the sustainable management policy on the competitiveness of the water industry enterprises.Qualitative research methods would be used,including online questionnaire survey and case analysis.The basic is understanding for the concepts of water industry characteristics and embedded sustainable management,through the questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of the sustainable management of water enterprises.Chosen 90 respondents representing 90 China water companies by stratified sampling,collected evaluation data about the attitude,key drivers,implementation degree and challenges of sustainable policy into water industry management.In addition,the research on the impact mechanism of the water industry management into the competitiveness of sustainable policy would constitute the mechanism and the method of review.The influence mechanism of embedding sustainable strategies into water industry management on the competitiveness would be analyzed.And the dynamic mechanism,the resistance mechanism and the coordination mechanism related to each other to control the sustainable development of the water industry.Evolution of nonlinear differential equations is from Logistic curve equation to reflect the mechanism system.Using the GRI sustainable development evaluation index,it is based on the actual situation of the management of Everbright water sustainable enterprise as the case study.During the analysis of curve evolution,set tolerance as 5,so that evolution speed is 0.956.It means a switch from the development stage to the stable stage,which shows that the competitiveness by embedding sustainable strategies in Everbright developed fast,but the acceleration is gradually reduced.The dissertation will provide an insight into the understanding of sustainability initiatives upon improving competitiveness and that if such sustainability initiatives were not implemented then,organisations would possibly lose the ability to gain competitive advantage,which in hand would have negative effects on the water industry's structure.
