Renewable energy industry is one of seven strategic emerging industries in China.As the renewable energy industry is in a developing situation,it does not have a sophisticated technological paradigm.Therefore,some renewable energy enterprises have made wrong decisions when overcome technology innovation problems.Furthermore,renewable energy enterprises play a significant role in development of this industry while the success of technology innovation of a enterprise decide the development of a enterprise.In this case,in the renewable energy industry,it is beneficial to decrease the risk of technology innovation by improving the quality of enterprises making decisions.Chance discovery is an analysis method which can help enterprises to find the opportunities and risk of technology innovation,so they can make a correct decision.This thesis used centrality degree method,subgroup method and cluster method to analyze the technology innovation areas which most Chinese renewable energy enterprises focus,technology factions and competitive relationship among several well-known Chinese renewable energy enterprises respectively.This research found that battery technology,photovoltaic technology and wind power technology are the technologies which most Chinese renewable energy enterprises focus on.In addition,technology innovation of current Chinese new energy companies were divided into 12 different technology factions in this article.By analyzing these factions,this article finds the technology competitive relationship among 35 enterprise samples.The conclusion of this article indicates that opportunities and risks of Chinese renewable energy enterprises have 8 characters in total.
