The Economic Zone on the west sideas the important economic complex on the southeastern coast of China,under the national policy vigorously support and guidance,have become an important gateway to China’s docking Taiwan and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road,the regional logistics development level also significantly increased.However,due to HaixiEconomic Zone within the area between resources endowment,industrial base,regional traffic,policy environment and other factors,make the interval inevitably produce unbalance of regional logistics development,modest differences between the regional logistics development,will actively promote role to the development of regional logistics,and when the difference is too large,will be conducive to regional logistics coordination between regions and stable development.This paper focuses on HaixiEconomic Zone on the west side to the different regional logistics and its driving factors analysis,and studied the change trend of regional logistics differences:(1)The absolute difference and relative difference of regional logistics in Haixi Economic Zone were measured by standard deviation,mean difference,range and Theil index.The measurement results show that: the absolute difference of regional logistics economic zone showed a tendency to expand,more and more regional logistics development is not balanced;the relative differences in regional logistics showed a tendencyof "reducing-expanding",and regional difference has been the leading factor in the overall level of difference;The order of magnitude of regional logistics differences in the East,middle and West three regions of Haixi Economic Zone is as follows: the eastern>the middle> the west,the east of Haixi Economic Zone basic consistent with the overall difference change trend,the middle Haixi Economic Zone regional logistics development is relatively balanced,hercynian the west of Haixi Economic Zone difference volatility is larger,the increase trend is obvious.(2)Respectively from the level of regional economy,foreign investment,policy guidance,the logistics infrastructure,labor input,logistics market demand,industrial structure,urbanization rate,the geographical location in nine aspects such as theoretical analysis the driving factors of regional logistics development;And then establish the panel data regression model,the result shows that GDP per capita,the density of traffic line network,industrial added value,urbanization rate,per capita government guidance ability have a positive impact on the regional logistics development,the per capita industrial added value of the positive influence degree of the regional logistics development level,the largest logistics and fixed asset investment,the number of logistics industry,total retail sales of social consumer goods per capita,the second industry of regional logistics development level has a negative effect.(3)UsingGray Forecast Modelto predict the future years Haixi Economic Zone regional logistics overall difference level and the east of Haixi Economic Zoneregional logistics difference level will be a slow rise,Western Haixi regional logistics differences will be significantly expanded,and in the inverted "U" curve of the accelerated phase.At the same time,Combining with the specific circumstances of the Haixi Economic Zone,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to realize the sustainable development of regional logistics.
