Performance appraisal is an important task of the company management.Also,it is a kind of management behavior,which can guarantee and promote the orderly operation of the company's internal management mechanism and achieve the company's business objectives.standardized and orderly manner.In recent years,more and more state-owned enterprises have realized the important role of performance appraisal in the operation and management work.But another phenomenon is accompanied where the operators in most companies are confused of performance appraisal,including its goal setting,its assessment method and process,the usage of its examination result,and so on.Thus,further understanding of performance appraisal work,objective analysis of the problems existing in its work and looking for its suitable plan have become the primary priorities in the company's human resource management.KPI is an important method of performance assessment,to better focus on enterprise development strategy and business objectives,but in practice out of line with development goals,weight shift phenomenon.The research method of this paper is to combined the company development strategy with performance management request,combine theory with practice,modify and improve the KPI index,emphasize the operability in actual application.The general idea is as follows: firstly,introduce the general theory of performance evaluation;secondly,point out the current problems of performance appraisal;thirdly,comprehensively analyze the KPI index system of the company according to the theory and principle of performance appraisal;finally,conduct quantitative evaluation and optimization of the KPI indicators at various levels and evaluate the improved KPI.
