The Research On The Highway Sound Environmental Impact Post Assessment Index System＆quantification Model

In recent years,along with the development of the automobile industry and the highway,the pollution of road traffic noise has become more and more bad. This has seriously affected people`s daily lives. The sound environment pollution problem has been one of the important questions in the fields of environmental economics and construction management. The sound environmental post assessment has become one extremely important constituent of the highway environmental post assessment for the highway projects. At present, our investigation on the environment effect post assessment of the highway,begins at a comparatively late,no matter from the view of the practice of the government department or the related institutions,or from the view of the the oretical workers,and we have some results,but not more,and they haven't become a system.So,the post assessment of the environment effect in the highway projects is a large field which is worth to investigate and research.In this paper, starting from the relevant basic theory, respectively, from evaluation content, evaluation purpose, evaluation requirements, we have a more comprehensive overview of highway environmental impact post-assessment of sound. At the same time, we study the traffic noise and noise in the dissemination of evaluation index in the process of decay calculation and put forward corresponding indicator system and quantitative models based on the traffic noise of the basic quantities. At last,this article takes Heng-Da highway for example to inspect every index quantification model it established,and gives corresponding post assessment conclusion.An advanced basis for the monitoring and management work in future was provided through the study of this paper,which had better real value.
