With the shortage of resources,environmental issues increasingly prominent in China,the traditional building industry development is facing many difficulties,it is urgent to advocate the transformation of the industrialized modern new production mode of sustainable construction and promote the building industrialization towards the direction of environment-friendly development.Ecology is a new research perspective of building industrialization,the collaborative evolution model was introduced into the study of the evolution of the building industrialization ecosystem,explore the evolution mechanism of enterprise and enterprise cluster,will help to reveal the evolution of building industrialization ecosystem,it will be provided with far-reaching significance for optimizing the allocation of resources and enhance the social and environmental benefits of enterprises.The idea of this paper is stands in the building industrialization ecosystem perspective,through compares it with the natural ecological system to make in-depth research,to acquire the basic connotation of building industrialization ecosystem,comprehensively and systematicly analysis of the various elements of the system,the system architecture,the level of organization,and the theoretical system of building industrialization ecosystem is constructed.Secondly,this paper chooses the United States,Sweden,Japan and Hong Kong as case study of typical successful examples of construction industrialization,refining their successful experience,exploring their development path and influencing factors,it forms the basic characteristics and rules of the development of the building industrialization,at the same time,make stage analysis of the development process of China's building industrialization,so as to construct the basic experience that can be used for reference.Thirdly,this paper starts with the mutual cooperation and self-development of enterprises in the building industrialization ecosystem,and deeply understands the evolution trend and the operation model of the system.Finally,according to the hierarchical structure of the system,using the Logistic model and the Lotka-Volterra model to describe the process of co-evolution in the enterprise and the population,And the use of Matlab software on populations(containing individual enterprises)process of co-evolution is simulated,which verifies the applicability of collaborative ecology model in the evolution of the building industrialization ecosystem.The innovation point of this paper is to combine the traditional ecological system with the building industrialization ecosystem,and to analyze the evolution mechanism of the building industrialization ecosystem through the basic principles of the natural ecosystem.And,according to the research results provide the matching evolution model,promote the research of traditional building industrialization from theory to model,it will provide some reference to enrich the theory system of building industrialization and promote the development of building industrialization.
