Off-site construction(OSC)is an alternative method to conventional construction to solve problems of high energy consumption,high pollution,and poor efficiency.It was regarded as a reform trend for the global construction industry.In the 1960 s,the off-site construction has already begun to sprout,but it has not been able to make a big breakthrough.The technology is not mature,the cost is too high,the standard system is imperfect,the industry chain is not complete and others as key factors are hindering the development of China's off-site construction.The appearance of off-site construction is bound to have an impact on the relations of production in traditional construction industry chain,where the roles of stakeholders in such new construction sector will also have a new adjustment,this change in production relations often has a leading impact on off-site construction.In the process of advancing the off-site construction,the government,enterprises and scientific research institutions are often attracted by the cost,technology and quality of the construction industry.However,China's off-site construction did not form a healthy and congenerous ecosystem and high-efficiency industry chain problem is easy to be ignored.In order to analysis the mechanism of the ecosystem for off-site construction,reduce the vague cognitive of off-site construction by stakeholders and to provide a reference for their strategies planning,this paper basing on the perspective of bionics to do some analyzing.At first,the article summarizes the concepts of off-site construction,the industrial chain structure and the related theories of the ecosystem.Then,establishing an ecosystem of off-site construction based on the ecology theory,delimiting the role of the stakeholders in the off-site construction ecosystem and ensuring the evolution mechanism.In order to determine the development stage of China's off-site construction ecosystem,establishing a lotka-volterra model for the evolution of off-site construction,and take the development of the off-site construction in Beijing as an example,by collecting data and verifying the model,to discuss the state,trend and turning point of off-site construction.After the analysis of the stage,the development process of China's off-site construction ecosystem has been sorted out.Finally,collecting the successful enterprises in the transformation of the off-site construction in china and summarizing the transformation path of them and analysis the utility of various transformation path.The finding of this study will help the stakeholders clearer and comprehensively understand the inherent historical development and provide a reference for decision-making of the government.
