Salary,which is the reward for labor of employees,is an essential basis for employees to survive and develop.Salary influences the living and working conditions of employees as well as determines the profitability and developing level of an enterprise accordingly,employers need to pay close attention to establish and improve the salary Management System(CMS)as a key role in the development of an enterprise.Currently,it is CMS that is considered as one of important responsibilities of human resources management.CMS plays a role as a mediator who transmits not only materials but also corporate culture and values.It represents the fact that employers pay the labor of employees.Furthermore,it reflects whether employers fairly and justly treat their staff,and truly care about employees' expectations.With the CMS of Jiangxi JT Engineering Co.as the object of study,this paper did lots of research,referred to salary optimization theory,and combined with characteristics of business and industry.Through analyzing conditions of business and industry,strategies of enterprise,and current performances of CMS,this study focused on problems on the imperfections of salary system and irrationality of salary structure.The purpose of this study is to improve the CMS of Jiangxi JT Engineering Co.enhance employees' activity and the sense of belonging,and achieve controlling the cost of labor and other outcomes.Moreover,this study,hopefully,can provide theoretical support and practical reference for enterprise strange.
