With the rapid development of knowledge-based economy,talent competition has become an important topic among modern enterprises.It is necessary to improve employee satisfaction,enhance their sense of belonging to the enterprise,to attract and retain talented persons,discover the wisdom and ability of them.A reasonable and effective compensation system can incentive employees' behavior and attitude on work,create a sustainable core competitive power of enterprises,improve potential development of the enterprises.This paper uses the case to discuss the compensation.Firstly,this paper describes the status and achievements of domestic and foreign research on compensation and incentive theory,and constructs a useful theoretical framework for the compensation system of A mobile company.Secondly,this paper describes the current situation of the compensation system of A mobile company,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward the necessity of first-tire employees salary system of A mobile company.Again,according to the actual situation of the A mobile company,adjusts the fixed salary of positions in the corporation,to design the new system upon the compensation system and performance management.This paper according to the positions of office personnel,family managers and industry managers,determines the composition and proportion of employees compensation in different positions,increases the impact of quantitative pay points upon employee positions and management of performances.Finally,this paper ensures that is conducive to the overall improvement of enterprise and employee benefits with the optimization design of A mobile company first-tire employees compensation system.The paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the new compensation system,such as organization,effective communication and enterprise culture.
