Evaluation Of Tourism Resourcevalue Of The Dazhu Mountainscenic Area

For a long time,tourism resources had provided people with sightseeing,leisure,entertainment and other utility,but at present our country for most of the tourism resources evaluation is given priority to with qualitative analysis,quantitative evaluation and ignoring it.The value of tourism resources evaluation is the marketization of tourism resource development theory foundation and basis,help to optimize the tourism resources and capital investment configuration,promote the development of tourism resources on the healthy and orderly.On the other hand,if you could give an appropriate economic value of tourism resources,so for the scenic area management,can make a suitable tourist barriers to entry,and can establish the appropriate protection system,to maintain the sustainable development of scenic spots,which has important reference meaning.Correctly grasp the value evaluation of tourism resources,to properly handle relations between development and protection,as well as economic,tourism resources to the relations between social benefit and ecological benefit.First of all,this article review relevant literature at home and abroad,summarize the value methods of tourism resources evaluation,and to establish the value classification system of Dazhu mountain scenic area tourist resources.Secondly,based on the questionnaire survey,thesocial demographic characteristics,tourist behaviors,payment intention andsatisfaction of tourists were statistically analyzed.The article focus on using the travel cost interval analysis(TCIA)assess the use value of Dazhu mountain scenic area tourist resources,and using conditional value method(CVM)to evaluate the non-use value,finally the use value and non-use value are given a certain weight applying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),then get the Dazhu mountain scenic area tourist resources total economic value.Results show that the Dazhu mountain scenic area tourist resources total economic value of 555 millionyuan,the use value is 371 million yuan,and the use value is 1.108 billion yuan,this shows its value is quite considerable.Finally,the paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the development and management of tourism resources,including: using a variety of publicity channels and means to vigorously promote the tourism value;actively develop a variety of related supporting tourism products;strive to improve the quality of scenic service and improve the scenic infrastructure.In short,the Dazhu mountain scenic area as a unique tourism resources,if can realize its economic value,make tourism resources development and environmental protection organic coordination,and constantly improve the scenic area management and service work,so it will not only benefit the Qingdao and Shandong province,at the same time will also well-known Chinese and foreign.
