The Construction Problems And Suggestion Research On Tax Service Informatization In Dalian

For the tax department,the tax service is the main content of their work,in order to meet the economic and environmental development,the tax department will focus on the development of tax information service system,to break the single concept of previous management.In today's society,China's social structure and government departments are changing accordingly.To strengthen the information construction can effectively promote and enhance the material growth,it also has become the technical support of the tax service system in tax department construction.Citizens' consciousness is enlightened earlier in western countries with long history of tax service.China's tax service system is not perfect enough because of its late development and lack of development time.To further promote the construction of China's tax service system,we need to learn from western developed countries,such as actual theories,service means and other aspects,it has a positive significance to this system in China.Informational advantages can effectively promote the development of our tax service system,and reduce the actual gap between developed countries and us,so that the tax department can provide more quality services for more people.This paper,using the new public management theory,adopting the literature research method,comparative analysis and case analysis and other methods,deeply analyzes the current situation and weakness of the tax service informatization in the local taxation bureau of Dalian;learns the advanced experience from tax services of the foreign and other parts,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the land tax service informatization in Dalian.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part: Introduction.In this part,this paper introduces the research background and significance,and analyzes the research of tax information,and introduce the research methods and ideas.The second part:the current situation about tax service informatization in local taxation bureau of Dalian.Introduce the basic concept and the main measures of tax service informatization in local taxation bureau of Dalian;analyze the weakness of the tax service informatization in the local taxation bureau of Dalian,and point out the reasons.The third part,study the useful domestic and overseas experience about tax service informatization,think about using information technology to participate in the feasibility of the construction of the tax service system,in order to establish a kind of feasible tax service platform at the basis of the Internet,and provide referential improvement ideas to improve tax service informatization in the localtaxation bureau of Dalian.The fourth part,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the land tax service informatization in Dalian.According to the current situation and the the weakness of the tax service informatization in the local taxation bureau of Dalian,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the land tax service informatization in Dalian from the three aspects: improve the construction of the tax service information system,set up and standardize the unified tax service platform;Strengthen the training and development of the excellent people of the tax service informatization.
