Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Beijing X Company Based On The EVA

With the continuous development of China's capital market development,corporate performance is more and more affected by various stakeholders.At present,a lot of enterprise performance evaluation on China's traditional net profit as the core,including the rate of return on total assets,return on net assets,earnings per share,the main defects of this kind of evaluation index is the operator can easily lead to "free" capital illusion,economic value added(EVA)is to overcome this defect.EVA as a new performance evaluation index,it makes comprehensive analysis on the cost of all capital invested enterprises,and the items of the accounting statements unreasonable made the necessary adjustments,which can be measured more accurately the ability to create value to the company.Based on this,this paper adopts the method of combining normative research and empirical research,theory and performance evaluation of EVA based on the X Company in Beijing as the research object,the construction and application of evaluation index system of corporate performance based on EVA.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,literature review,research ideas and methods.The second part is an overview of the relevant theory,mainly introduces the theory of performance evaluation and the basic theory and methods of EVA.The third part mainly introduces the current situation of the performance evaluation of Beijing X company.This part first introduces the general situation of the company,and expounds the present situation of its performance evaluation.The fourth part is the construction and application of the performance evaluation model based on EVA.Based on the characteristics of the company's business and its industry characteristics,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to design the performance evaluation index system at different levels.At the same time,combined with the actual data,we can measure the performance index value of the company,and make the results.Company in Beijing based on EVA.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research results of this paper.The innovation of this paper lies in: first,the innovation of the thesis.Although many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the performance evaluation index system,they have a lot of research results,but few of them are based on EVA.Therefore,this paper argues that the perspective of modern performance evaluation index system,with some new ideas.Two empirical content innovation.A performance evaluation index system based on EVA is designed.Based on the current situation of Beijing X Company,this paper designs a set of performance evaluation index system based on EVA,which is in line with the relevant theory,and applies it to the actual data.This research will effectively promote the sustainable development of Beijing X Company,and in the same period of the development of domestic oil sales enterprises to build similar EVA performance evaluation system based on certain guidance and reference.
