Since 2000,Chinese economy began to enter a stage of rapid development.The domestic industries have gained rapid promotion,which brings enterprises more intense competition.Different enterprises are actively create their own core competitiveness to help them win in the fierce market competition.It's an indisputable fact that human resource is the core of enterprise competitiveness,and more and more enterprises take human resources construction work on the strategic height of enterprise development,to enhance the comprehensive ability of enterprise human resources through various channels,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of the company to obtain growth.L Company was formally established in Beijing in 2001,and the enterprise function at the time is: to create an integrated real estate services company that can provide a set of fixed assets management,real estate transactions management and real estate financial services.The nature of L Company needs the company to continue the development and growth through the continuous expansion of the chain,and continue to snatch market share,to maintain the leading position in the industry.With the continuous expansion of business scale,the employee number of L Company is expanding,and the problems of human resource management are frequently exposed.The biggest problem is there is no substantive progress in employee performance management,and the related rules and regulations are useless,which can't play its role to encourage employees' work enthusiasm and enhance the work efficiency.On the contrary,the bad performance management system makes L Company employees gradually lost satisfaction and loyalty,work slowly,and affect the overall performance.What's more,staff turnover crisis brought the labor shortage to L Company.This paper is based on the current situation of human resources management of L company,through the comprehensive analysis of the employee performance management issues,to dig out the real reasons that cause L Company employee performance management crisis,then sort out the advanced performance management theory and methods,to help build a new performance management system for L Company,fundamentally solve the problem of employee performance management in L Company and improve the staff's working enthusiasm and work efficiency,and create higher economic value for the company.All in all,by setting a new performance management system,this paper can not only solve the problems L Company is facing,but also provide suggestions and referrals to other companies facing similar problems.
