Due to major regional differences,Chinese high-rise housing markets are experiencing dichotic challenges.First-tier cities – Beijing,Shanghai,Guanzhou and Shenzhen – and second-tier cities – Tianjing,Wuhan,Chengdu and etc.– are seeing rapid decrease in inventory apartments,and in some boroughs it's close to impossible to find housing.However,third and fourth-tier cities are left with excess housing and bare demand.It becomes the starting point and theme of interest how the core upper management of a third-tier city based real estate corporation must grasp onto opportunities,face challenges,and effectively develop strategic planning.Initiating from strategic management theory,relying on a deep research ideology,by thoroughly understanding strategic management principals,peculiarities,process,theoretical development,organization leveling and unification,competitive strategizing,5-strength model,value chain theory and etc,and by combining the current status,opportunity,challenge,strength and weaknesses of DG incorporated,this paper will identify the future objectives,strategies and paths for DG incorporated,and analyze its product's brand differentiation and intelligent design.This paper will also delve into management improvement,financial arrangement,and organization-structure improvement in order to determine the method of realizing and conducting its strategic plans.
