Research On Strategy Simulation Of Corporate Social Responsibility Based On SD

With the rapid development of economic,the social contradictions are prominent,such as the contradictions between environmental protection and economic development,business interests,the quality of the product,etc.Based on these,the corporate social responsibility has been more and more attention.At present,corporate social responsibility present the phenomenon of globalization,it has become important trend of The Times and business norms and has important influence on enterprise management strategy and enterprise competitiveness.Therefore,all walks of life pay close attention to corporate social responsibility and put forward higher requirements to enterprise.Due to the product quality of the pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises relate to human health and life safety.Moreover,it is closely related to social stability.Therefore,pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises to protect the quality of products is an unshirkable responsibility.In addition,due to the pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise has the characteristics of a large resource consumption and serious pollution,so protecting the environment is also a formidable responsibility.Therefore,taking the pharmaceutical manufacturing as an example to study the effect of corporate social responsibility to the enterprise competitiveness has certain representativeness.Regarding the impact of corporate social responsibility on corporate competitiveness as the research object,This thesis introduced the theories of per share value of social responsibility and stakeholder theory,then,this thesis makes a systematic analysis to the system of corporate social responsibility and corporate competitiveness.And using system dynamics simulation method to explore the impact of different corporate social responsibility strategy on the enterprise competitiveness,Thus,to find the reasonable strategy to fulfill the corporate social responsibility,improve enterprise competitiveness,and take pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises as an example.The result shows that evenly fulfilling economic responsibility,social responsibility and environmental responsibility is the best strategies when the pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises fulfill corporate social responsibility.Under this strategy,sustainable development and competitiveness of enterprises are better those strategies which respectively focus on economic responsibility,social responsibility and environmental responsibility.The main research content is as follows:1.This thesis summarizes the related research results at home and abroad from three aspects,and review and comb the research achievements and existing problems about corporate social responsibility,the relationship of corporate social responsibility and competitiveness and the system dynamics method at home and abroad.Combining the reality of the development of corporate social responsibility in China,this thesis expounds the connotation of corporate social responsibility.It does matting for the following research;2.This thesis introduce the theories of per share value of social responsibility and stakeholder theory,and makes a systematic analysis to the system of corporate social responsibility and corporate competitiveness.Then,It expounds the connotation and characteristics of the system.It does matting for system modeling,evaluation and simulation analysis.3.According to the characteristics of the system of the corporate social responsibility and competitive,the system is divided into economic system,environment system and social system.The thesis will determine the influence factors of each subsystem.Using the method of system dynamics,According to the relationship between the factors of each subsystem and the operating mechanism of the system,this thesis sets up the system dynamics model of corporate social responsibility and enterprise competitive capability;4.Using the established system dynamics model of corporate social responsibility and enterprise competitiveness,this thesis takes pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises as an example,and changes different simulation scenarios by changing the model parameter values.This thesis researches the impacts of different corporate social responsibility strategy on enterprise competitiveness about Pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of dynamic,then analyzes the results and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.
