2016 witnessed UK's leaving the EU and Donald Trump's US presidency, which has heated up “Deglobalization” to the center of topics in the international economic society. This paper concludes that the root of Deglobalization lies in globalization's over-development,which has indirectly resulted to the American Debt Crisis.Since then, the unemployment rate of western countries has been relatively high and the disparity between the rich and the poor has continuously grown.Meanwhile, developing countries' rising up has also created huge pressure on western world, which contributed to Donald Trump's US presidency. He advocates for mercantilism and opposes to trade liberalization.Currently, the world economy is in a state of post-crisis recovery. And protectionism would hinder the free flow of essential productive factors, which will further hurt the world economy.China,as the second large economy in the world, has the responsibility and capability to drive forward the world economy with its Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).China's BRI would play a positive role in reenergizing world economy and exploring “Inclusive Economic Globalization”.What's more, faced with the challenges and risks in the process,China should perfect the existing International Communication Mechanism and establish a comprehensive Risk Warning System.
