With the rise of the Internet economy and other Internet economy,express logistics industry,the rapid development of the major courier companies in a large number of places,equipment,transport at the same time,personnel investment has become an impact and constraints of the company's business development important factors,so in this Of the labor-intensive industries,the terminal business network of human resources planning naturally become all the express delivery business to solve the cost and quality of the primary focus.This article will take the domestic well-known S Express Company as an example,combined with the author's long-term human resources industry experience and MBA professional course learning thinking,through the study of S speed company nearly two years of human resources and business data,analysis of S Express of the company's core business network staff status and problems,clear the importance of human resources planning and significance.In this paper,we selected the most typical business network of S Express Company,namely,Shenzhen Business Area X business department to carry out focus analysis,through regression analysis and other quantitative methods to compare X business department 2016 years of staff needs and supply data.At the same time,from the staff recruitment configuration,training,pay performance,team building and other aspects of the X business department of human resources planning specific design ideas and implementation initiatives,and continue to focus on a year,in order to adjust the effectiveness of planning and evaluation and feedback.
