The Study On Financing Problems In Urban Assets Operation And Management Of Dongying District

City is the carrier of the rapid development of market economy.It is of great significance to reform further,do a good job in the city assets management,enhance the city assets integration and operation ability and expand financing channels of city construction for speeding up the urbanization process and economic development.Long term since,Dongying district urban assets operation don't get enough attention.The marketization of urban infrastructure construction does not have a high level and the urban construction investment channel is narrow so that the benefit of the stock of assets had not been brought into full play and funds shortage restricts the city development for a long time.With the rapid development of urbanization and urban construction system reform,it is particularly urgent to solve the problem of insufficient urban construction funds and imperative to use financing to improve urban assets management.Under the guidance of relevant theories,this study choose Dongying district for case analysis from the promotion of financing decision in Dongying district urban assets operation management.In theoretical analysis section,Marx's ideas of financing,financing theory of western economics and public infrastructure financing research theory are mainly introduced on the basis of overview and the difference between the related concepts of urban assets operating financing management,which provides a theoretical basis for the later research.Through research of assets operation status quo of financing in Dongying district,face the problems and effectively avoid risk,combining with the experience and achievements of other areas in the operation of assets finance management,this theory dissolves the needs of large amounts of money in the city of assets operation management problem.Combined with the actual situation of Dongying district,this paper is to know the value of the assets operation management and city orientation from a strategic height and optimize the design in the direction and development path of the financing problem.Based on this,the system solutions have been proposed.At the same time,by investigating the risk management of government financing problems,puts forward the measures and suggestions of urban assets operation of finance management in Dongying district.
