Research On The Inventory Management Problems And Countermeasures Of A Trade Company

The research object of this paper is A Trading Company,which is a private enterprise whose profession is about sales,installation,design and services for the transmission system.And products are mainly in the face of the domestic market.In recent years,most of the customers are using the JIT mode of production to improve the economic efficiency and production efficiency of enterprises,which also requires A Trading Company adopts the advanced inventory management methods to shorten delivery time,reduce costs,and improve customer service levels,which makes the company survive and develop in the fierce market competition.Inventory management problem is particularly prominent in the A trade company.Inventory management problems directly affect the company’s operating costs and management costs,which not only cause overstock and waste,but also hinder the financial liquidity and cover the other problems.This topic is proposed to solve the problem of the actual inventory of A trading company,aiming at the existing problems,tring to link theory with practice and puts forward the improvement measures and proper scheme.Through the implementation of these measures,the company can reduce the enterprise cost of inventory,reduce inventory occupation of funds,earn more profit,improve the management level of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of A company in the market.And the existence of the various problems in the inventory management of China’s trade company are about high inventory,serious inventory unsalable,not high inventory accuracy problems and a lack of advanced management information system.Hope that through this paper also provides certain reference experience to the similar trading company in inventory management measures.
