Study On Application Of TPM In Steel Rolling Production

In present years,the price of iron keeps low and the market of metallurgical industry is surplus.In this situation,how to improve the OEE is the key.TPM is an effective method.The paper describes the development history of TPM and the latest development of the equipment management.Based on analyzing the present situation of TG,the author made a design which includes the eleven major steps of how to implement TPM and solve the existing problems.Through the implement of TPM in TG and the analysis of the improvements,the paper would help the rolling plant to implement the TPM and improve the OEE.
