With the support and development of education in China,many vocational training institutions pour into the market,more and more competition,customer demand is changing,many training institutions fall into the marketing bottleneck,and face the dual change of market environment and competitive environment.H vocational training institutions adhering to customer-centric,customer service ideas to help customers learn more expertise.With the increasing popularity of customers,the requirements of training quality and service,how to expand new customers in the fierce competition environment,how to maintain old customers to improve loyalty,how to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing strategy is an urgent problem for many SMEs.H vocational training institutions also face the development of marketing strategy,marketing concept backwardness,single marketing means and customer service system not perfect many problems,and then affect the benign development of enterprises.Facing the problems of the marketing process of h vocational training institutions,combined with the theory of marketing and precision marketing,the analysis of market environment and the present situation of vocational training institutions,the precise marketing strategy is formulated in subdivision,marketing mix,propaganda and implementation.According to the precise marketing strategy,the measures to ensure precise marketing implementation,including the development and maintenance of enterprise unit tuandan,the development and maintenance of xinlaoke,using a variety of publicity tools to promote product visibility,use customer information refinement to find target customers,use CRM system for old customer classification service and mining.Use the project management tools such as WBS,gantt chart,milestones to monitor the implementation of accurate marketing program,and adjust the implementation of accurate marketing strategy through daily reporting,weekly analysis,monthly market survey and other work mechanisms.
