As the energy and environmental problems become more and more prominent,the power system of low carbon energy demand is also more urgent.Fortunately,the development of new energy power generation can optimize the power industry structure and promote the development of low carbon economy.However,wind power generation is limited by the uncertainty and discontinuity,and the cost of grid connected is too high.How to effectively improve the efficiency of wind power grid connection and increase the feasibility of wind power integration is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of wind power development at this stage.In order to improve the efficiency of wind power grid and also the system output,the carbon target on the market price of carbon bearing on both sides of the increase of wind power competitiveness,combined with environmental wind power.And this thesis makes discussion about the carbon source target load bearing effect on both sides,based on which the policy advice and suggestions is suitable in the different stages of power market and the carbon market.First,it introduces the research background and significance,research contents,research methods,and expounds the purpose of this article innovation and research from the traditional power dispatching,wind power grid scheduling and demand side response.Then,from the perspective of power dispatching side,by simulation of carbon into the target,demonstrates the effectiveness of the imported carbon targets.In consideration of the influence of different factors on the effect of wind power into carbon targets,gives relevant suggestions on carbon target generation import.And also,gives the demand side response cost formation on the basis of considering the influence of carbon targets,and makes the analysis of the target cost and time of demand response side response on wind power efficiency interaction.Based on the above,it takes the electrical carbon product carbon footprint into account,discusses the source charge on both sides of the carbon target import proportion and makes a comparative research further.And on the basis of the simulation results,the planning of the different stages of imported carbon targets in the electrical market is got.Finally,this paper makes a summary of the thesis,and the carbon market and other related research content is show to provide directions for further research on related issues.In this thesis,through the analysis of carbon target introduction of the power system,it is concluded that the current stage is conducive to the promotion of wind power grid,which provides theoretical basis for the development of new energy power generation.
