Study On The Model And Dynamics Of The Integration Of Development Zones And City

The development of China's Economic Development Zone started from the establishment of four special economic zones in Shenzhen,Zhuhai,Shantou and Xiamen in the early period of reform and opening up.Since then,the national economic and technological development zones,high-tech industrial development zones,bonded areas,tourist resorts and other types of parks have been set up.At present,China's Economic Development Zone in the introduction of foreign investment,the development of advanced technology and promote urban industrialization,urbanization and other aspects of great success.The total amount of economic development in the city is more and more high,which has become a new growth pole of urban economic development.Therefore,the role in the development of the city to the Development Zone,and whether it should break down between the development zone and the city to tangible or intangible boundaries,has become one of the important topics of current research about the relationship between city and development zones.In this paper,we use normative case analysis,questionnaire survey,traffic advantage model and industrial chain model,with the help of ArcGIS,SPSS and other software,the combination of qualitative and quantitative.To explore the relationship between the development zone and the city from the perspective of integration,combined with a typical case,analysis of the different modes of development and urban integration and its dynamic mechanism.The main conclusions are:(1)Research on the relationship between development zone and city:(1)The essence of the change of the relationship between the development zone and the city is that the elements of the development zone and the city are constantly changing,and the changes are mainly embodied in the spatial connection,economic relations,social relations,and innovation spillover.(2)Analysis of the specific elements of the development zone and the city relations,proposed the future development trend of fusion as the goal of the development zone and the city;and constructing the evaluation index system can reflect the degree of integration of the development zone and the city.(2)Analysis of the basic situation of Ningbo development zone.The development zone of Ningbo is divided into the initial period,the rapid development period,the steady development period and the scientific development period.The land use structure and industrial structure types of Ningbo high tech Zone and Petrochemical area are analyzed.High tech Zone is from the initial stage of development to the industrial,residential,scientific research,business in one of the integrated functional transformation of the new city district.The petrochemical industry is developing into a specialized petrochemical industry area integrating oil and chemical industry(3)Analysis of the differences between the Ningbo high tech Zone and the petrochemical area in the level of interaction with the main city from the following four dimensions: spatial linkages,economic relations,social function integration and innovation spillover effects.Study found that the spatial location of high-tech zone is more superior,the social function of integration and innovation spillover effect is stronger,and the main city of the higher level of interaction;The total economic volume of the petrochemical area is higher,but the interaction of other related factors is lower.(4)Analysis of Ningbo high tech Zone and Petrochemical area in the integration mode with the main city,the integration of power and the direction of development:(1)fusion mode: high-tech Zone has formed of the "comprehensive" self-evolution fusion model with the main city;petrochemical zone formed with the main city of the "strong pull factor" driving mode.(2)the power of fusion: The factors that affect the high-tech zones of the petrochemical area and the main city include the transfer of industrial factors,the role of live cohesion,infrastructure traction,innovation driven,urban space restructuring and government planning guidance.The factors that affect the integration of the petrochemical area and the main city include the transfer of industrial elements,the role of occupational cohesion,infrastructure traction,and economic development.(3)the development direction of integration: this paper puts forward the "integration" sharing mode of the integration of high-tech zones and the main city,and the multi channel connection mode of the development of the petrochemical area and the main city.
