Research On State Pension For Urban Employees Satisfaction

With the rapid development of our economy and society,in the context of globalization,urbanization and aging,affected by various factors,there are many difficulties and obstacles in the operation of old-age insurance policies for urban workers.The existing pension fund is unsustainable,contribution rate is high,pension levels are patchy,delinquent endowment insurance phenomenon,supplementary pension carry out difficult.such as a series of problems,on the basis of customer satisfaction theory,theory of public policy evaluation feedback mechanisms,service-oriented government theory.This paper investigates the staff of the urban workers in Hengshan county in shaanxi province,based on the perspective of ginseng to keep staff,from the perspective of ginseng to keep staff satisfaction,through to the payment link of perception,treatment stage of the orgnaization of perception,the relationship between perception and satisfaction of endowment function such as survey data analysis,put forward the scientific and reasonable countermeasure and the suggestion,makes every effort to improve the town worker endowment insurance policy to make positive contribution.
