With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the popularity of smart phones,based on mobile terminal equipment,tourism reservation APP has become a travel booking service providers and consumers between a new information release,communication and booking purchase platform.Many traditional Internet companies and major online travel agencies have launched their own tourism reservation APP,through various means to snatch mobile booking travel market.In the face of fierce market competition and the development of the tourism reservation APP,the user experience will be the key factor for users to choose to use and continue to use the tourism reservation APP.By improving the user experience of tourism reservation APP and having loyal users,is the tourism reservation APP in the fierce competition to obtain an important way to advantage.Therefore,in this "experience-centric" mobile Internet era,what are the factors that affect the user experience of the tourism reservation APP,and how do they affect the user experience,which is the question that this study wants to explore.On the basis of a large number of literatures,this research summarizes the potential influencing factors of user experience of tourism reservation APP by combining the definition and the theory of user experience.Through the use of data mining methods to collect and analyze large amounts of network comment data to get the target of influencing factors of user experience of tourism reservation APP.Based on the existing research on user experience,this paper studies the relationship between research variables,and then puts forward the research hypothesis,and constructs the conceptual model of the influencing factors of user experience of tourism reservation APP.Based on this model,a total of 443 valid data were collected by questionnaires.The SPSS software and structural equation model are used to quantitatively analyze the sample data.Then the influencing factors and influencing path of the user experience of tourism reservation APP are obtained.Finally,we get the influencing factors model of tourism reservation APP’s user experience.Therefore,the conclusions of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)Through the empirical analysis,the influencing factors of the user experience of tourism reservation APP are mainly product characteristics,user perceived attribute,user expectation and user’s emotional reaction.(2)The user perceived attribute,the user’s emotional reaction and the user’s expectation have significant positive influence on the customer experience of the tourism reservation APP.The influence magnitude is: the user’s expectation,user perceived attributes,user emotional reaction;product characteristics have an impact on the user experience by affecting user expectations,user perceived attributes,user emotional reaction.(3)Through the detailed analysis of the various dimensions of the user’s perceived attributes,user expectations and product characteristics of the tourism reservation APP,we can improve the user experience of tourism reservation APP by enhancing entertainment and fun,beautifying the design,developping new function,improving operational fluency and providing content which can meet the needs of users.
