Food tourism experience is of great significance to tourists.It is not only the basic tourism experience,but also the whole and core of tourism experience.At the same time,gourmet tourism experience is not only a supporting experience to meet the basic needs of tourists,but also sometimes constitutes a peak experience to meet the higher needs of tourists.In addition,eating experience plays an important role in improving tourists'satisfaction.On the other hand,food tourism has an important impact on the social and economic development of destinations.Based on this,this paper attempts to discuss the composition and mechanism of the influencing factors of food tourism experience and the theoretical issues,hoping to enlighten the operation and management of destination tourism enterprises.Through to obtaining and filtering the tourists online reviews and travel articles,using qualitative research method of grounded theory,using triple coding and writing memos,this article finds dimensions of food tourism experiences?influencing factors and the potential theoretical issues,this article found the embodied body plays a main role in the food tourism experience.Basing on this,this article gradually formed embodied factors model of food tourism experience.Through the analysis of grounded theory and the previous research results,this paper proposes and verifies the research hypothesis.Firstly,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are used to explore and test the dimensional composition,scientificity and reliability of food tourism experience and its influencing factors.Secondly,the path analysis of structural equation model is used to test the relationship between the embodied factors and the dimension of gourmet tourism experience.In addition,the difference test was used to explore the impact of different demographic characteristics on the food tourism experience.Finally,through a series of research and analysis,some constructive Suggestions are put forward for the management and operation of tourist destinations.By combining qualitative research with quantitative research,the following research results are obtained:The dimensions of food tourism experience and it's influencing factors:embodied influence factors of tourism experience is mainly composed of sensescape,embodied relationship and regular body.Sensescape also can be divided into food sensescape and human sensescape on the basis of landscape object differences.embodied relationship can be divided into the embodied interactions of people living in destination and interactions of the traveling companions.In addition,time and space of traveling is the background frame for the realization of these three embodied factors,and it constitutes the context conditions.Body movement is the specific media conditions for the realization of these three embodied factors,and it constitutes the media conditions.Food tourism experience is the result and product of these embodied factors,which is composed of three dimensions:supportive experience,perceptual aesthetic experience and differential experience,which can be further divided into cognitive experience and authentic experience.All in all,It can be seen that the body plays a main role in the food tourism experience,and the influencing factors of the food tourism experience are the embodied factors.Dimensional interpretation of gourmet tourism experience and its influencing factors:sencescape is the result of the interaction between tourists' visual,auditory,tactile and other sensory systems interact with tourism objects proposed by the concept of functional expressibility.Embodied relationship is a kind of embodied social relationship which is demonstrated by the way of empathy,physical contact and synchronous movement.The regular body refers to the social and cultural attributes and personal habit attributes contained in the embodied body.Time and space of traveling refers to the time and space framework of tourism destinations gradually developed and generated through tourists' bodies.Body movement is the flow of the body in the microscopic space of the tourist destination proposed by the mobility theory,which emphasizes the experience and significance generated by it.Supportive experience is the experience dimension for tourists to meet their basic dietary consumption needs.Perceptual aesthetic experience is a kind of experience dimension of poetic inhabitation proposed by perceptual aestheticism that tourists integrate their aesthetic appreciation of art into their daily life of tourism.Cognitive experience is the dimension for tourists to acquire knowledge and truth.Authentic experience is the most direct self-subjective feelings of tourists on the authenticity of tourist attractions in the destination,as well as diversity and difference.3)The influence of embodied factors on food tourism experiences:the current body positively influences the supportive experience,perceptual aesthetic experience and differential experience of food tourism.The regular body has the most significant influence on the perceptual aesthetic experience.In addition,the effect of regular body on the other two experience dimensions has not been verified.(4)The influence of demographic characteristics on food tourism experience:from the perspective of gender,women's experience of difference is significantly better than men;In terms of age,in the four age stages of 18 and below,18 to 36,37 to 59,and 60 and above,the older is the people,the less ideal the perceptual is aesthetic experience.From the perspective of tourists generating countries,tourists from shaanxi and its surrounding areas have a higher evaluation of supportive experience,while those from the south have better differential experience compared with those from shaanxi and the north.Based on the above research conclusions,it can be concluded that the following aspects of food tourism management enlightenment:1)Pay full attention to the body of tourists which is the core of food tourism experience;2)Enrich the connotation of perceptual aesthetic experience from multiple aspects;3)promote the harmonious coexistence of supportive experience and differential experience experience from the perspective of contradiction.
