The Comparison Between 2008 And 2014 Year's Economic Crisis In Russia

In the history of economic development,Russia has experienced many times the economic crisis.The economic crisis that occurred in 2014 was somewhat similar to that of 2008.This paper mainly throu gh the study of the two economic crises faced by Russia,find the internal causes of the economic crisis and the inherent law,in order to reduce the shock to the economic and social development of the negative impact.Summed up the lessons of the economic crisis,and continuously improve the stability of Russia's domestic economy and reliability.In this paper,we study the particularity of the economic crisis in 2014-2016 and find out the weakness of Russia's economic development after the 2008-2009 economic crisis.And then put forward the relevant countermeasures,timely policy measures can not improve the economic crisis,but the preparation of the next crisis prevention also has a very important theoretical and practical significance.The economic crisis in Russia is close to the sound,but not yet ended.Therefore,the paper proposed measures to reduce the current economic crisis in Russia on the adverse effects of the economy and get rid of the economic crisis also has a very important significance.The main research content of this paper is to compare and analyze the two financial crises in Russia in 2008 and 2014.Based on the macroscopic indicators before the economic crisis,this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the two economic cr ises in Russia.Such as through GDP,oil prices,rupee exchange rate and so on.Through the trend graph to show the dynamic trend of the relevant indicators of data,so as to analyze the macroeconomic background of the crisis,and finally draw the conclusion.Further analysis of the reasons for the outbreak of the economic crisis in Russia,Russia's domestic economic development is heavily dependent on the export of raw materials and foreign market situation is the main reason for the outbreak of the crisis.R ussia's economic development is highly related to the economic development of other countries,but in the face of international competition,the Russian economic knowledge in the resources have a greater advantage,due to changes in the international energy situation,the development of the energy industry has been worse than before.The impact of the two economic crises on the domestic economy,after the outbreak of the crisis,on the one hand the banking system and the stock market caused a great impact,leading to the decline in GDP,inflation and the unemployment rate rose sharply.On the other hand led to Russia in addition to resource extraction industry outside the field are facing international competitiveness decline.Finally,based on the above two econom ic crisis in Russia related to the study,put forward some crises and the prevention of economic crisis policy measures.On the one hand,the government should implement the import substitution strategy,promote the diversification of the economy,and constantly create a favorable business and investment environment for economic development.On the other hand,the tax reform in the field of value-added tax reform and the continuous improvement of banking and financial system and industrial development.
