Since the reform and opening more than 30 years,China's industrial economy has achieved remarkable achievements, but at the same time there have been "East high West low" economic pattern, many scholars analyzed the phenomenon based on the factors of production, geographical factors, but there is no denying that industrial agglomeration will also have an impact on the economic pattern.Since industrial agglomeration is conducive to industrial economic growth, then what type of industrial agglomeration is the best? Some scholars put forward three kinds of viewpoints in theory:specialized industrial agglomeration, diversified industrial agglomeration and regional enterprise competition. Many scholars have explored the effect of industrial agglomeration on industrial economic growth from the actual situation of each country. The relationship between industrial agglomeration of industrial economic growth will be offset if all regions of the country and the types of the industry are considered as a whole. So the government can not according to the actual situation to give the corresponding industrial policy to support the local industrial economic growth. So the article will take into account the existence of regional differences and industrial types of differences,by building a spatial panel model of the three regions of China's two industrial types were to be an empirical. The empirical results show:(1)From the perspective of specialized industrial agglomeration, specialized industrial agglomeration has positive effects on the three types of high production technology industry, and there exists knowledge spillover effect in the industry, but the specialized industrial agglomeration has a negative effect on the western region.(2)From the perspective of diversified industrial agglomeration, diversified industrial agglomeration can effectively promote the development of industrial economy in the western region, but it is not conducive to the economic growth of the low-tech industry in the eastern and central region;(3)From the perspective of the competition of regional enterprises, regional enterprise competition is conducive to the economic growth of low-production technology industries in the eastern and central regions. However, the high-tech industrial type in the western region is contrary to that, and the monopoly of regional enterprises is more favorable to the growth of its industrial economy.
