Adaptive Adjustment And Promotion Strategy For Manufacturing Cloud Service Composition Flexibility

The development of the Internet and Big Data have enriched the connotation of cloud manufacturing and introduced knowledge and wisdom,making cloud manufacturing become an intelligent manufacturing model which puts emphasis on human.Meanwhile,cross-industry integration allows the user to gradually participate in enterprise management and promote communication between enterprises and users,thus,user demand becomes the core of cloud manufacturing and guarantees continuous development of the cloud manufacturing enterprises.Service composition is the hotspot in cloud manufacturing.However,the factors which may influence the whole life cycle of manufacturing cloud service composition are uncertain,so that it is difficult to guarentee the quality of manufacturing cloud service composition,complete manufacturing tasks and manage cloud manufacturing enterprise.Therefore,it is urgent to study the problem of cloud service composition flexibility.Although some scholars have studyed the problem of cloud manufacturing service composition flexibility,the problem of flexible adjustment is rarely involved.The research of manufacturing cloud service composition flexible adjustment has important significance to gurantee cloud service composition and meet user demand.Therefore,to cope with the failures and provide the required service for users,it is necessary to study the adjustment method of service composition flexibility in the cloud manufacturing and enhance the flexibility of cloud service composition.In this paper,the problem of service composition flexible adjustment in cloud manufacturing is discussed,mainly focusing on the following three aspects:(1)An adaptive adjustment framework of manufacturing cloud service composition.Taking quality of service(Quality of,Service,QoS)abnormal changes which influence the whole life cycle of cloud manufacturing as the main research object,the adaptive service composition operation principle from the view of environmental perception is analyzed.Based on this,the adjustment mechanism of cloud service composition is put forward and an adaptive adjustment framework of cloud service composition is established,so that the failures can be coped with.Finally,for proof of this framework,a cloud service composition instance is presented.The proposed framework can dynamically generate the requirement-matched failure adjustment strategies and combine various failure adjustment requirements of users into the cloud service composition,coping with the failures adaptively by meeting different user requests.The study lays the foundation for the adaptive adjustment method of manufacturing cloud service composition in the future and enhance the flexiblility of manufacturing cloud service composition.(2)An adaptive adjustment method of manufacturing cloud service composition flexibility.According to the adaptive adjustment framework of cloud service composition,a multi-layer adaptive adjustment method is proposed in which the failures are analyzed respectively from service layer,process layer and user layer and the corresponding adaptive adjustment strategies of different layers are presented.Then,the adaptive adjustment algorithms of different layers are proposed by the method of policy driven,process repair and grey relational analysis.Finally the corresponding examples are illustrated.The proposed method copes with the failures to the utmost from single service to the entire service process and also meets the needs of users,the manufacturing cloud service composition can be performed effectively and adaptively.(3)Promotion strategy of manufacturing cloud service composition flexiblility.The adjustment results of manufacturing cloud service composition flexiblility are evaluated from the perspective of user satisfaction.Analyzing the difference of the adjusted schemes and the actual needs of the user,then the level of user satisfaction can be obtained,so that the basis for future research or knowledge reservation for further adjustment can be provided.Finally,the promotion strategies of service composition flexibility in cloud manufacturing are put forward,providing the direction for the application and management of cloud service platform and being beneficial to make scientific decisions for the cloud manufacturing enterprises.
