The insurance industry is one of the three pillars of China's financial industry.There are many kinds of insurance in the market,which can meet the needs of people for health,education and property security.At present,China's insurance industry has initially take shaped a pattern of state-owned Business insurance company and the coexistence of Chinese and foreign insurance companies and many insurance companies competitive.The final winner of the competition always is the strength of the comprehensive and good reputation of the insurance company.So each insurance company how to maintain and enhance the overall strength of the enterprise is the most important.Performance is the embodiment of the comprehensive strength of enterprises.In order to meet the inside and outside pressure,insurance companies urgent need to strengthen to improve staff performance.Based on the the performance management,this paper takes H insurance company as the research object,and makes a comprehensive study on the performance management system of H insurance company.H insurance companies based on the status of the organization,the company's business sector is divided into front lines,back two lines.Through the analysis of the current situation of the performance management of H insurance companies,the main problems in the operation of the existing performance management system are found out.Combined with performance management theory and began to analysis the job and then make the scientific performance evaluation targets,enhance performance counseling and communication and improve the results of the application of performance appraisal and the improve performance feedback.On this basis,it is proposed by setting up a performance management leading group,strengthen the company's full performance management training,to achieve a performance management system efficient,scientific and smooth operation.
