Entering the new century,especially after joining the WTO(world trade organization),M&A is becoming more and more popular in China.In enterprise cross-border M&A worse today,we are very necessary to study how to reduce the risk of mergers and acquisitions,in order to improve the success rate of transnational merger and acquisition,which is beneficial to the development of China's enterprises and increase of national economy,is of great significance.According to the made in China of 2025 presented by prime minister Li keqiang,we need to study and the introduction of foreign advanced technology represented by German industry 4.0 and experience,it is necessary to make Chinese enterprises to go out,complete industrial upgrading by cross-border M&A.Transnational merger and acquisition is the enterprise to optimize resources and improving the capacity of the supply chain,an important means to expand new markets and achieve industrial upgrading.Historical experience tells us that has a very high failure rate of transnational M&A,don't be neglected,it means the huge risk of transnational merger and acquisition.So we want to make sure that we can achieve strategic objectives after the merger.After cross-border M&A,it is very important to do human resource integration.Human resources integration can help enterprises to keep the stability of the takeover,and construct the new innovation enterprise culture and it is the only way to improve the core competitiveness.In this article,through acquisition instance of VNG company is analyzed and discussed,from the background description before M&A,to the concrete measures and the effect of each step in the M&A research,summed up the VNG in practice and significance of human resources integration in the process of a series from the conclusion.This paper summarizes the human resource integration method and steps,hoping to help multinational human resources integration after cross-border M&A by providing effective reference.
