With the development of economy,people's life level improves gradually,the demand for house is also growing.Chinese housing distribution system disappears in 1990 s,which is from planned distribution to commodity house trading patterns,has gone through a journey of more than twenty years until now.Real estate intermediary industry occupies more and more important position in the process of real estate industry's development,likes a hub and bridge between the market and customers,almost throughout the whole process of real estate business' s activities,plays a booster effect in real estate market operation,even becomes the indispensable medium for the whole real estate industry's production,sales and circulation.Current phase is the high-speed development of Internet,the whole society is entering to the big data age.Under the continuing impact of the new wave Internet plus,the traditional industry especially the real estate brokerage industry,gets a opportunity that only happens once in a thousand years,but also faces with unprecedented challenges.Compared to traditional industry,the advantage of Internet plus enterprises model is personalized demand and focusing on customers' feelings,and through the deep communication with the customer constantly to improve its products.From the perspective of the real estate intermediary industry,Internet plus' s new thinking can bring more open operating direction,will have far-reaching influence in real estate intermediary's product positioning,brand marketing and customer service in future,which can play a decisive role at a crucial moment.In China,the real estate market competes more intensifying,therefore,on the basis of integration of the Internet,innovating marketing strategy of real estate agents has become a new way and trend for real estate intermediary industry,this is the fundamental of keeping its foothold.This paper takes Lianjia as an example,expounds the "Internet plus real estate intermediary" should on the premise of respecting customer's experience,drive the customer interaction as the auxiliary,make full use of the big data platform of the Internet and communication technology,through constant innovation to improve marketing strategies,assess the situation,can permeate the typical characteristics of the Internet in trade and agent as possible as we can,adapting to new economic and social environment and develop vigorously and healthily.
