Study On The Business Model Of Commercial Banks In The Context Of Internet Banking

Commercial banks have a strong challenge to Internet banking in recent years,especially the deposit and loan business,Internet financial growth significantly,commercial bank's revenue decline,there is no doubt that the needs of commercial bank management mode reform and optimization.Looking for commercial banks in the Internet financial background of the development path is the core of this paper to solve the problem,as the beginning of the full text of the study.Firstly a brief overview of the Internet financial and commercial banks,the big background of the development of macro economy and the financial industry is based on the further study of the commercial bank business model optimization objective,extensive collection of relevant literature and finishing writing literature review,as the theoretical foundation for the study.Study on the management mode of Internet banking and commercial banks first requires the definition and the scope of the research object,the second chapter respectively discuss different scholars on the definition of Internet financial theory,the definition of this paper is the characteristics of Internet financial platform through the Internet channel,carry out financial activities belong to the category of Internet banking,the development of Internet banking the SWOT comprehensive evaluation model,obtained after the operation pattern of commercial banks change the conclusion management must be changed from time to time,flow.Commercial banks want to reform the business model must be clear,influence of Internet banking on the existing business model and the existing problems,two aspects including the challenges and opportunities that the Internet financial and commercial banks are not entirely antagonistic relationship,but there is a close cooperation in space,the existing business model of competitive advantage decline,there many problems in business.After the analysis of the influence and the problem has been carried out,using case analysis method to study the commercial bank financial activities on the Internet,the conclusion and enlightenment,based on the above research content put forward corresponding suggestions and measures.In this paper,we follow the research logic of the problem,analysis problem and solve the problem,in which the solution of the problem and the analysis of the conclusions have a corresponding relationship.It has certain significance in terms of the method of case study,stay in the theory stage research on business model of Internet financial and commercial banks before,and now the commercial bank has the Internet financial activities case,optimize the business model of commercial banks is no longer a theoretical assumption,according to the existing financial practice,put forward some suggestions and Countermeasures more operational,this is the innovation of this paper.
