Tourism image marketing management is the key to win in the competition of tourism market.With the rise of the fifth generation of new media,for the tourism industry,including marketing has brought great changes,the tourism destination at the beginning of new media marketing dissemination of tourism image at the same time,more in marketing methods,lack of understanding of the application of tourism image in the new media marketing,and management of the entire implementation process of the new media marketing,from theoretical and practical innovation to enhance the tourism image of the new media marketing management model,put forward the exact implementation of the program,so as to better guide practice.This paper studies the application of project management in the process of tourism marketing,based on the development of the tourism image of the dragon is not LongKongDong new media marketing projects,to build a tourism image of new media marketing based project management system for the LongKongDong,resolve in the new media marketing problems in the management of scenic spots.This paper focuses on two parts: first,the use of tourism image recognition theory,design the promotion of new media LongKongDong MI-VI-BI tourism image,selection of new media features,into the new media market promotion,the LongKongDong tourism image is more likely to be accepted by tourists,also for the project to start the implementation of the image and the preparation of new media;the second is the use of the project life cycle theory,the research of tourism image LongKongDong new media marketing project management mode of operation,from the start of the project planning,implementation,control and ending five modules,to do marketing promotion project,cost,schedule,risk,assessment and other work,make the project management for tourism marketing servics,tourism image design,new media promotion mode of project management,three integration,put forward the theoretical reference and practical suggestions for the application of project management in tourism marketing and the transformation and upgrading of tourism image.This paper analyzes the new media marketing activities and related work from the perspective of project management,the concept of project management in various stages of tourism marketing,broaden the field of project management,the project goal is clear,the actual operation is strong;At the same time,the use of tourism CIS theory,design the MI-VI-BI tourism image under the new media thinking,matching and selection of new media features,find new media promotion channels based on social network "weak ties",constructing the new media market promotion model of social network "weak relationship",not only rich in tourism image design theory,the realization of tourism image design in the application of new media,and try to establish a new mode of new media marketing integration,provide reference for tourism destination marketing.
