| Currently,public entrepreneurship and Innovation on the one hand has risen to the national strategy;on the other hand,the development of SME in financing falls into difficulty.To develop this strategy into the depths and to achieve the expected economic and social effects,we should find a new breakthrough in SME financing.Compared with the global developed countries and regions,this new breakthrough will emerge by the implement of the Venture Capital.The Venture Capital will come into a boom because of the national strategy and the demand of SME.The Venture Capital is not a new thing in China,but definitely it is in an early stage of development.And then,what the the situation and characteristics of Venture Capital is in our country at present,what the right way is the SME to develop to attract the Venture Capital,what the benefit is if the SME invested by the Venture Capital,which strategy should be made or adjusted to promote the harmonious development between the Venture Capital and the SME.These problems will appear gradually in the future in their development.This paper has made a detailed research on the WELLE about the every step of the development,basing on analysis of case study method.Firstly,this paper has analyzed the characteristics of the SME in financing and summarized the characteristics of Venture Capital in China.Secondly,this paper has fully discussed the positive affects by the Venture Capital to the WELLE of its every stage and every aspects and analyzed the various value-added service provided by the Venture Capital,which led WELLE to the capital market and grew to be a leading enterprises with the value of 10 billion yuan in the subdivision field.According the case study,this paper draws this conclusion that we should make lots of strategies to solve the hard situation of SME financing and promote the development of Venture Capital.And then,the paper gives the following suggestions,combined with the the characteristics of SME in China and the status of Venture Capital.Firstly,the Venture Capital should make some improvements in their own in order to be more adaptable to the SME in China.Secondly,the SME Should improve their management and improve the value of enterprise,so as to attract Venture Capital.Thirdly,the government should make some improvement about the institution and set up the multi-level capital market. |
